Is Green Valley good for remote workers?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $2,683/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Green Valley?
