Things Greencastle needs to improve

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $904/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've lived in Sunset for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options
- The housing market scene is pretty good

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I work in consulting here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is excellent. Hope this helps!.
