Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 4 months ago and Household incomes average around $78,946 in Greenfield. It's a a small town city with about 19,759 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Greenfield sits at 303.2 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
