Quick question about Greenfield

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Greenfield sits at 92.1 per 100K. Rent is about $1,128/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in East for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Diverse dining options
- The traffic scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..
