Hey folks, I'm single, late 40s, and Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,052/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
