OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,052 for rent here. Rent is about $1,052/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
