Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $153,199 in Half Moon Bay. With a population of 11,454, Half Moon Bay is a small town. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
