Best coffee shops in Hampton Manor?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in automotive and Poverty rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $105,504, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $105,504 in Hampton Manor. It's a a small town city with about 5,448 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The housing market is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 8 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Moved here from Raleigh about 7 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to safety but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. No regrets on my end..

Hot take but it's been a really good experience overall. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
