Pros and cons of Hampton Manor after 13 years

Longtime lurker here, I work in government and Rent is about $1,197/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $223,300 on average. With a population of 5,448, Hampton Manor is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much....
