Anyone work in healthcare in Hampton?

Hi all, Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $96,322 in Hampton. Crime rate is something to consider -Hampton sits at 198.5 per 100K. The median home value here is around $488,400, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,960 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The food scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
