So, I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Hampton sits at 198.5 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thanks for reading.
