Alright, Military spouse here. With a population of 25,572, Happy Valley is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,572 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
