Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $40,568, which feels on the lower side for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
