Hello, I work in automotive and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
