Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 5,685, Hartford City is a small town. Homes are going for about $77,800 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
