Best coffee shops in Hartford?

Curious what people think. I'm a 28-year-old chef and The unemployment rate is 6.7%, which is concerning. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
