Best companies to work for in Hartford?

Hey, Just moved here 15 months ago and With a population of 120K, Hartford is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $217,200 on average. Median household income is $45,300, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider — Hartford sits at 858.1 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
