Hey, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 120K, Hartford is a mid-size city. Poverty rate is 21.4%, which is higher than I expected. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
