First post here. I've been here for 7 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 90,646 people. You can expect to pay around $1,432 for rent here. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $314,200 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
