As a 1-year resident, here are some things about Hemet that don't make it into the guides: 1. The local music scene is really vibrant 2. The library system is phenomenal 3. The sunsets here are genuinely beautiful It's not for everyone but it's perfect for us.

OK so I'm originally from Tucson and Poverty rate is 12.8%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
