Longtime lurker here, I work in real estate and Crime rate is something to consider -Henderson sits at 832.0 per 100K. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Is this normal for Henderson? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
