Quick question about Henderson

The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Biggest downsides of living in Henderson?

Hi all, I relocated for work and Rent is about $725/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Henderson sits at 649.4 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Best coffee shops in Henderson?

Hey folks, Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
