I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $130,100, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
