Is Highland Lakes a good place to live?

OK so Homes are going for about $562,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development.

So, I'm a teacher here and Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
