Anyone work in healthcare in Highland-on-the-Lake?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $168,400 on average. It's a a small town city with about 3,701 people. Median household income is $85,616, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
