Anyone work in healthcare in Holly Springs?

Hey, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 43,429, Holly Springs is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $485,500, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Holly Springs sits at 64.8 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I work in manufacturing here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is tough. No regrets on my end..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is solid in most areas.

I've lived in Downtown for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Decent public transit for the size
- The job market scene is solid

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Summers can be brutally hot

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.
