Holly Springs is underrated, change my mind

Random thought, The median home value here is around $485,500, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Holly Springs? Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a project manager who relocated here from Raleigh about 9 years ago. The main reasons were family and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Decent public transit for the size
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are stable, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
