Moving to Homedale for work -advice?

OK so Rent is about $951/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $49,764 in Homedale. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is food scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
