Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 13 months ago and Household incomes average around $60,571 in Homestead Meadows South. Median household income is $60,571, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
