First post here. It's a a small town city with about 1,988 people. Poverty rate is 14.1%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Hope? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
