Hey folks, It's a a smaller city city with about 26,622 people. You can expect to pay around $1,293 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $56,847 in Horn Lake. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
