What Horn Lake does better than anywhere else

Curious what people think. Just moved here 17 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Horn Lake sits at 113.7 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Bought a house here in 2016 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
