Best restaurants in Hot Springs Village?

Hey folks, I'm a 55-year-old sales rep and You can expect to pay around $1,167 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Nashville about 10 years ago. The main reasons were weather and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good airport with direct flights
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are established, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
