Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $262,000 on average. Is this normal for Hot Springs Village?

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Affordable housing options
- The walkability scene is pretty good
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Nightlife is limited
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for work and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The dating scene is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
