Things Hudson needs to improve

Curious what people think. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
