Cost of living reality check -Hudson

OK so Just moved here 14 months ago and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $49,063, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any help is appreciated.

What surprised you most about Hudson?

Hi all, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $239,200 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
