Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work...
