Why I chose Huntland over bigger cities

Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I work in real estate here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is tough. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
