What surprised you most about Indian Harbour Beach?

Hi all, Household incomes average around $98,046 in Indian Harbour Beach. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Salt Lake City it's tough.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in finance. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Southern.

My experience has been mostly positive. I genuinely enjoy living here. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
