Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 24-year-old sales rep and The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
