Alright, With a population of 2,785, Inverness Highlands North is a small town. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
