Is Jena worth moving to in 2026?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $922 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
