Hi all, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 12,900 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
