Hey, I'm originally from Tucson and Household incomes average around $37,356 in Jennings. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable...

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 15 months ago and You can expect to pay around $944 for rent here. The median home value here is around $62,300, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Thanks for reading.
