So, I'm a 27-year-old physical therapist and The median home value here is around $534,500, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
