Best coffee shops in Jonesboro?

Random thought, I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 79,187 people. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The housing market is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 6 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The community vibe is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
