Best companies to work for in Jonesboro?

Hey, Been living here since 2021. With a population of 79,187, Jonesboro is a smaller city. Median household income is $52,559, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Does this match your experience?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Nashville about 11 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Lots of new development happening
- Good airport with direct flights

Cons that are real:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are growing, gas is surprisingly good.
