Moving to Jonesboro with kids -good idea?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Rent is about $926/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 16.1%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $213,400 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
