Raising a family in Jonesboro -thoughts?

OK so Rent is about $926/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $52,559 in Jonesboro. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective.
