Things Jonesboro needs to improve

So, I've been here for 4 years and Household incomes average around $52,559 in Jonesboro. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $213,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Pros:
- Low taxes
- Lots of new development
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space
Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
